Payment terms for our services will be specified in individual service agreements or proposals. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless pixelmaster Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party rights.
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Cyprus, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
We encourage the resolution of disputes through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, we agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing litigation. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, but the provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.
pixelmaster shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, government regulations, disasters, strikes, or other labour disputes. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected clients and resume services as soon as practicable.

Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must discontinue use of our services.
